Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will process it immediately, send one final confirmation message, and cease all further SMS communications to your number.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by technical difficulties, mobile carrier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

The Vuelve service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Damages

Vuelve and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or cost of substitute services.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vuelve and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
